Returns & Refund Policy

We want you and your pets to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not
happy with your order, we're here to help.
**Returns:**
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at support@paandpaws.com with your order
number.
**Refunds:**
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or
rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to
your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
